Wasatch Wash Co. is owner-operated and based in Alpine, Utah. We serve all of northern Utah County and the south end of Salt Lake County — including Highland, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Orem, Provo, Draper, Sandy, Riverton, and Herriman. Yes — when the right PSI and surface technique are used. We use a flat surface cleaner for concrete to avoid streaks, lower PSI for stamped or decorative concrete, and a much lower setting for wood and vinyl fences. We've never damaged a surface we washed.
Monthly is the right cadence for most homes — bins get rinsed and sanitized before odors set in. Every other month works in winter when the lid stays closed more. Our subscription is monthly by default and you can pause anytime.

No. As long as we have access to the surface and (for trash can cleaning) your bins are out by the curb on service day, you don't need to be home. Every visit is photo-confirmed by email.
